T29 Phantom Trail is not in the 2002 Edition of Trail Guide: Lincoln National Forest, and I have not hiked it.
DESCRIPTION:

Here is your choice for T29.  From the southern junction with T25 it descends 280 at a nearly constant gradient to its northern junction with T25.  T25, on the other hand, rises 60 feet and then descends 340 feet to the the same spot.  One source described T29 as "[not just intermittent] ... more than intermittent". You can have a well-defined trail with a hump (T25) or a hard-to-find trail with a nice gradient (T29)!

ACCESS:

From T25 only.
